Custom Lake Home in Williams Bay, WI

Around the middle of 2020, John purchased the lot that had a tiny old cabin on it. He decided it would be a good project for a spec house. We started working with our architect, Justin Bucy (CoBu Architecture) to design a house for that thin lot. Once they got something John liked we started building. Shortly after that, Patti Purcell called us up and asked if that house was for sale and if she could buy it. We decided to sell it to her and she redesigned parts of the house to meet her needs. She switched around the staircase, put the primary bedroom on the main floor and added her flair to the entirety of the house and property.
