A key component of the addition reimagines the home’s existing garage footprint into an elegant lake-facing lounge. This space features a statement fireplace, expansive glass windows overlooking Geneva Lake, vaulted ceilings, and a custom bar. A thoughtfully designed staircase provides a seamless transition to the upper-level addition.
The addition also includes a private in-law suite designed for extended family or guests. The suite will feature a full kitchen, living space, primary bedroom, bunk room, two bathrooms, and in-unit washer and dryer. A covered breezeway designed for golf cart access connects the addition to the existing home, supporting a relaxed lakefront lifestyle.
The original home is also being enhanced with a lower-level golf simulator room, offering year-round recreation while maintaining the home’s character and flow.
