We’ll sit down to discuss your goals, budget, and timeline to ensure Engerman Contracting is the right fit for your project.
Planning & Custom Home Design
Already have plans? We’ll partner seamlessly with your architect. Need help getting started? We collaborate with trusted local architects and designers who reflect our standards of excellence. We also offer customizable stock plans, designed for efficiency, style, and long-term value.

Specifications & Selections
Every home we build is as unique as the people who live in it. We’ll guide you through every selection, from structural features to design finishes. You’ll make confident decisions on flooring, fixtures, cabinetry, lighting, and more, supported by our experienced team and longstanding trade partners.
Project Management & Construction
With permits secured, construction begins. You’ll receive a detailed build schedule and ongoing updates to keep the process simple and stress-free. We break the project into manageable phases, and your dedicated Engerman project manager will keep you informed weekly on progress, decisions, and timelines.
We oversee everything on site—from subcontractors and city inspections to materials and quality control—so you don’t have to.
Walkthrough & Completion
As your home nears completion, we walk through your home room by room, with you, to ensure every detail meets your expectations. John Engerman himself joins this final review to ensure quality and satisfaction.
You’ll receive a Welcome Home packet with warranty details, key contacts, manuals, and your occupancy permit. We’ll also schedule orientations with key trades like HVAC and plumbing to make your move-in seamless.
Warranty & Ongoing Support
Our relationship doesn’t end at the front door. We offer a one-year warranty on various aspects of your home and remain available for any questions or follow-up support. When we say we build relationships, we mean it.
