Completed in 2024, Twin Leaf Development by Engerman Contracting showcased the company’s ability to create distinctive homes that complement their natural surroundings. Located just off South Lake Shore Drive in Lake Geneva, the development featured two thoughtfully designed homes on generous half-acre lots, offering privacy and wooded views while remaining close to the dining, shopping, and entertainment of downtown Lake Geneva.

The first of the two complementary plans, The Flora, was a 5,000-square-foot contemporary home with mid-century modern influences. Designed with family living and entertaining in mind, the home featured a dramatic double-height Great Room, expansive windows, an open kitchen and dining area, five bedrooms, four full bathrooms, and a four-car garage.

The main level included a spacious Great Room, custom kitchen with quartz countertops and cabinetry, dining area, guest suite with private bath and walk-in closet, powder room, laundry room, and covered porch overlooking the wooded backyard. Upstairs, the owner’s suite featured a walk-in closet and spa-like bath with dual sinks and an oversized dual-head shower, along with additional bedrooms, bathrooms, a loft, bonus room, game room, and wet bar. Additional finished space provided opportunities for a wine cellar, fitness room, office, or den.

Outside, the half-acre property offered plenty of room for entertaining, including a 30-by-60-foot lighted Sport Court for basketball, pickleball, and volleyball, with options for additional outdoor amenities.
