Gracing the shores of Lake Geneva another Engerman Contracting favorite! This custom Tuscan-style home with 4 bedrooms is a timeless beauty with a vaulted Great Room and large masonry fireplace surrounded by large arched windows on each side drawing the eye to the North woodland views and to the South the classic and breathtaking views of Geneva Lake. The mason work is breath-taking, each stone carefully chosen and placed creating a masonry masterpiece. The arch designs echo from the windows to the covered patio entryways visually welcoming you in.
This project provided some unique design challenges. We were tasked with reusing the existing house’s foundation and utilizing the steep slope of the site. In the end we took advantage of the challenges by creating a new home which allows for breathtaking lake views on every level and large exterior terrace for the whole family to gather during the long summer nights.
